I'm Ebi-Yaa, pronounced /eibi:jaa/
UX & interaction designer based in Limerick, Ireland, with 4 years of experience.
I have delivered end-to-end customer platforms and internal tools across different industries. Working with software agencies and product-led companies, I have learned to combine deep expertise in fintech with a broad understanding of various topics, helping me balance specialization with collaboration.
With a background in UX, Interaction Design, Psychology and Information Studies, I apply human-centered design principles and research methods to understand user behaviour, needs and pain points.

My experience
Designed the first launched, end-to-end customer platform for cross-border transactions with banking and stablecoin integrations, growing traded currencies from 4 to 15 and enabling 10x daily trading volume through redesigned OTC tools.
